I’m a 12 year-old girl and aspiring pitcher, and I nominate my pitching coach Sierra. She believed in me when no one else did! She took me from zero to off the charts in one year of instruction. She never lost hope in me when I lost hope in myself! She believed I could and now I know I CAN! She always has my back, and ALWAYS makes time to work with me in her busy schedule. I’ve never heard of her having a bad day (she is allowed). She can speak to me and others in such a way that we want to listen and learn from her! She is a special lady not only to me but I’m sure to many others!
